Let That Sh*t Go

Your exercise

Energy Release Ritual

Let go and make space for something better.

  1. Write it down. What are you ready to let go of? A belief, a situation, a relationship. Be specific about how it's been holding you back.
  2. See yourself free. Picture your life without it. Feel light, confident, and strong.
  3. Tear it up. Rip up the paper and say, “I release this from my life. It no longer serves me.”
  4. Anchor it. Tap your wrist or put a hand on your heart to lock in that new energy.

Write your answers by hand in the exercise, and the 3 things from your coach on your My Notes pages (45 and 46). Old school. Writing it yourself is what makes it stick.
